A draw will be provided approximately 2 to 3 days before before the competition starts.

The eligible under-age group for a player is determined by the player's age on 1 September in the year the season commences (for example if the player turns 12 on 31 August the eligible age group is Under 13. If the player turns 12 on 1 September, the eligible age group is Under 12).

The organizers will endeavor to provide one professional neutral umpire for every game where possible. The batting team will only have to provide a square leg umpire for 20 overs. We also advise that each team provide a scorer for the entirety of the match.

A Net Run Rate (NRR) calculation will be used to determine ladder positions. A team's net run rate is calculated by deduced from the average runs per over scored by that team, the average runs per over scored against that team. In the event of a team being all out in less than its full quota of overs, the calculation of its net run rate shall be based on the full quota of overs to which it would have been entitled and not on the number of overs in which the team was dismissed.

Both teams in each match are responsible for ensuring that scorecards are completed and entered in Mycricket. The match ball must be handed over to the neutral umpire.
